Gromit has put Wallace is on a vegetable diet - although Wallace still sneaks the odd wedge of cheese here and there. The one named cheese Wallace eats is Stinking Bishop, which turns out to be vegetarian. The heavy is an incompetant hunter who is portray as masculinity-challenged. Googling for "Wallace Gromit PETA" finds an number of film reviews that describe the movie as "PETA-Friendly" or similar phrases. But I could find no explicit reference linking the movie to PETA. I suspect that Nick Park and I are of-an-age.
