KGB Moderator	posted 10-02-2006 06:46 PM             So I'm on hold, and the recorded message tells me that they know my time is valuable and they appreciate me staying on hold. Am I wrong here, or does the fact they know my time is valuable only increase their culpability for wasting it? But then I never even considered becoming a communications major, so I probably just don't get it. IP: Logged
