Now we really mean it! There's no need to review any further science or run more studies. ETS is killing 50,000 people per year (again).

Cuz there's "no safe level" of exposure to ETS.

He's also said categorically that the children of all smokers grow up to get cancer and heart disease, and cautioned all Americans (AP Story) to "stay away from smokers."

Papers today full of city councils "changing their minds" and now favoring bans. Restaurant Associations now backing bans because "the evidence is overwhelming," and CA (where else) now flirting with a ban on smoking in cars-with-children-- a ban to include smoking in the car in your own driveway.

FTR, Carmona is also on record as testifying to Congress in 2003 that he favors outright tobacco Prohibitiion. But his Report is "unbiased."

Fumento and Sullum have already yelled from the roof. But where's Whelan and Milloy? where, in fact, are any sane voices in this debate.
