I want to mock him mercilessly, but when I consider that 30% of my party in some states supports him, all I can do is face palm.

Even Bernie Sanders doesn't quite cancel him out.

There. Just had to get that out of my system. Apologies for injecting ordinary non-junk-science-related party politics into this site.

Pat Paulson used to be the bane of pollsters everywhere. And he really was just pretending.

Support of The Donald is feigned support, even if it is a bit of a heartfelt, heartfelt like "I'm mad as hell and I'm not going to take it anymore!" The press takes him seriously because he's a train wreck, man bites dog, click bait.

Problem is, there may not be enough popcorn in the world to watch the train wreck before it actually derails.

Almost a decade ago I became obsessed with the Duke Lacrosse story. A relatively new Fox reporter named Megyn Kelly was sent down to have a look. She was among the first to recognize that it was a hoax. I have been a fan since that time. Even watched her daytime show on occasion. I never considered her particularly political. I once read that she first considered working at MSNBC

I miss so much by not having a television.
