Is that why Chelsea looks like Webb Hubbell?

Telescopes have nothing to do with this.

That's President-elect Trump...

No, this is not a dream.

I'm glad I'm not a gambler - I would have risked my whole pension fund against Trump. As one of my baseball fan friends pointed out, at least the Cleveland Indians don't have to be the only ones embarrassed about blowing a huge lead anymore.

The one thing I noticed about this election (and I tried not to notice much,) is that the Clinton camp seemed negative while Trump's was positive. I'm not saying Trump will be like Reagan, but iirc, that was the big difference between Reagan and Carter. Guess I'm more comparing the thrust of the messages.

This whole scenario has reminded me of Reagan quite a bit.

Just out of curiosity, were there riots when Obama was elected? Or is this stuff being overblown with respect to the reaction to Trump winning? I'm no fan of Mr. Trump, never have been, but the amount of butt hurt seems extreme.

I'm no Trump fan and refused to vote for him (or for the Wicked Witch). But the reactions I'm seeing from my more liberal acquaintances are ridiculously overboard. Suddenly they see the merits of faithless electors; dissent is now patriotic again; there is talk of secession (be my guest, guys); &c.

Maybe they can finally persuaded of the merits of limiting the power of the President and the federal government generally. (But I doubt it.)
