Jury refuses to acquit farmer for violating raw milk regulations.

I wonder. Maybe we should just let his customers go ahead and get T.B.? Nah, too transmissible.

Refuses to convict, I think. As a libertarian, all for jury nullification, of course; also in favor of letting people do dumb stuff. Wouldn't drink raw milk myself, but I have no objection to other people testing natural selection.


The case is a little weird, with the "leased" cows and all that. There seems to be a lot of that going around.
