I was thinking this was the CIO's way of requisitioning all new goodies for his kingdom, until I read this:

Sounds like he and the rest of them were simply incompetent. I agree with your assessment that they didn't go far enough... :evil:

I have USB peripherals that are completely programmable and could in theory be used as a malware vector, or part of one.
